Information collected

The form requires your name, email, translation direction and message. Phone, deadline and documents are optional. Send only necessary documents that you are entitled to have translated. For medical documents or other sensitive information, ask for instructions first without attaching the files. The server may log IP addresses, access dates and technical information.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to assess enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver agreed services, on the basis of precontractual steps and contract performance under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Mandatory records rely on legal obligations under (c); website security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests under (f). The checkbox acknowledges the notice and requests a reply; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Recipients

Enquiries and attachments are delivered to servicii.ha@gmail.com. ROMARG provides hosting and Google provides email. Technical suppliers may process information needed for their services. Files are not published in the Media library. Any disclosure to a notary or courier concerns the agreed service and the necessary information. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Google and WhatsApp, if you choose that channel, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Information about Google’s safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable, is available in Google’s information on data transfers. Retention

The form removes temporary server files after processing the submission. Copies received by email are not automatically deleted by the website. Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to resolve them; for orders, retention depends on delivery of the service, applicable legal obligations and records needed for possible complaints. Backups and technical logs may temporarily retain information needed for recovery and security. You may request information about retention or deletion of data relating to your enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability and object where applicable.
