Italian translations online: ordering from Iași or Italy

Andreea Hărămiță · 14 September 2026

You can request a quote without visiting an office. Here is how to prepare your documents, confirm the work and choose the right delivery option.

1. Prepare the document and requirements

For a quote, send a complete and readable scan or photograph. Include the reverse side and any annexes to be translated. Specify whether you need Romanian into Italian or Italian into Romanian, who will receive the document and which requirements the recipient has provided.

2. Complete the form

Enter your name and the email address where you would like to receive a reply. A phone number is optional but may help with clarification. There are three document fields, allowing up to 10 MB per file. Check the displayed limit before uploading. If you cannot attach the file, describe the document and ask for an alternative.

3. Check the quote before accepting

The quote should clarify the documents included, price, deadline and delivery format. Mention at the outset if you need paper copies or shipping. Submitting the form requests an assessment; it does not automatically confirm an order or an urgent deadline.

4. Choose the recipient’s required format

An electronic translation may be useful for quick delivery, but it does not automatically replace a paper copy when one is required. Communicate the exact requirement before work starts. For courier delivery, we separately confirm the address, cost and shipping time.

5. Keep in direct contact

If the document changes or a new requirement arises, let the translator know immediately. Meetings in Iași are arranged by appointment. Andreea Hărămiță offers authorised translations between Romanian and Italian in both directions. English translations available on this website are standard, not authorised.
